GProcks improves performance by routing your games data through an encrypted tunnel via GProcks proxy servers. These servers are optimally located geographically, relative to the game server or realm you are playing in.

You will need to register an account with us, check out our products page, choose your desired subscription plan and signup via Paypal secure payment gateway.

We only accept Paypal Subscription at the moment. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Can I get a free trial?

Yes! Just install and run our GProcks Launcher, login using "demo" as username and password, and try out. Demo account will be disconnected once every 15 minutes.

6. Can I share my account with others?

No. You may not share your account with others. Single login is allowed to any one of our listed servers at a time.

7. Will there be any hidden costs or limitations?

NO!. We do not throttle your speed and you are allowed to use all you need.

8. What is your refund policy?

In short, we do not provide any refund. But you are welcome to discuss any issue with us.

9. What is GProcks Launcher?

GProcks Launcher is free for members to download and use application to access GProcks proxy servers. The software is designed to provide maximum performance and user friendly.

10. What platforms are supported?

Windows and Mac OS users are able to connect to our servers. Unfortunately, our GProcks Launcher can only be supported on Windows. Mac OS users will need to install third party software with minor configurations.
